People still search for “Tier Points by route” expecting a fixed number per destination. Since the programme became spend-based, that number no longer exists — earning is now driven by what you spend plus a fixed bonus per sector. This page gives you every bonus figure and shows how the two parts combine.

There is no longer a single Tier Point value for a given route. On any eligible BA-marketed cash flight you earn 1 Tier Point per £1 of eligible spend — the base fare plus carrier-imposed surcharges, excluding government taxes and airport fees — and on top of that a fixed bonus per sector. The bonus is the same whatever the destination; only the cabin and fare flexibility change it.

Bonuses are per sector, so a return earns them twice. Basic Economy fares earn no bonus, and reward flights earn nothing at all.
For BA-marketed short-haul flights, cabins are treated as either Euro Traveller (economy) or Club Europe (business), whatever the ticket is called.
